1. Eligibility
- You must be a citizen of Pakistan.
- You must be at least 18 years of age on the date of application.
- You must not simultaneously hold membership of another registered political party.
- If you are in government service, you must disclose this; membership may be restricted where service rules prohibit political affiliation.
2. Accuracy of information
- All information and documents you submit must be true, complete and your own.
- Submitting false information, another person's CNIC, or a manipulated document is grounds for immediate rejection or revocation.
- You must inform the secretariat of any material change in your details.
3. Registration
- Once the form is complete, a membership number and card are issued immediately.
- If the party introduces a membership contribution in future, it will be announced on this website before it applies.
4. Membership number and card
- On completing registration you are issued a unique membership number and a digital membership card.
- The card is issued to you personally and is not transferable.
- The card carries no expiry date at present, but remains valid only while your membership status is Active.
- The card is party property in principle and may be suspended or revoked by the party.
- Reproducing, altering or forging a membership card is prohibited.
5. Conduct
- Members must act lawfully and must not represent the party without written authorisation.
- Members must not use party membership to obtain personal favour, payment or preferential treatment.
- Members must not incite violence, communal hatred or unlawful action in the party's name.
- Members must respect party discipline and the decisions of its recognised bodies.
6. Suspension and revocation
- Membership may be suspended pending inquiry where a credible allegation of misconduct exists.
- Membership may be revoked for false information, breach of these terms, or conduct damaging to the party.
- A suspended or revoked membership is recorded by the secretariat and the card ceases to be valid.
- You may write to the secretariat to request reconsideration of a suspension or revocation.
7. Resignation
- You may resign at any time by written notice to the secretariat.
- On resignation your membership card ceases to be valid and its status is updated accordingly.
8. Data
- Your information is handled in accordance with the party's Privacy Policy.
- Registration details and your photograph are used only to produce and verify your membership card, in line with the Privacy Policy.
9. Changes to these terms
- These terms may be updated. The current version is always the one published on this page.
