1. What this policy covers
This policy explains how Apni Party Pakistan handles information submitted through this website — including membership applications, identity documents, contact messages and complaints.
The details you enter and your photograph are used to issue your membership card. The party does not publish this information, and no member database is maintained on this website.
2. Information we collect
Membership applications: full name, father's or husband's name, date of birth, gender, profession, CNIC number, mobile and WhatsApp numbers, optional email address and location (province, district, tehsil, city or union council).
Documents: a profile photograph, used only to print your membership card.
Declarations: your confirmations regarding citizenship, government service, membership of any other political party, accuracy of information, and consent to this policy and the membership terms.
Contact and complaints: the contact form composes an email from your own email application, so your message reaches the party inbox directly.
3. Why we collect it
To confirm eligibility, generate your membership number and card, record the party organisation by district and union council where you inform us, and respond to complaints and enquiries.
We do not sell membership data, and we do not share it with commercial third parties.
4. How your information is protected
Your full CNIC number is never printed on the card or published anywhere — only the last four digits appear — and your photograph is used solely for the card.
Your full CNIC number is never displayed publicly. Only the last four digits appear on the membership card.
If you send information to the party by email, that email is held in the party's own inbox and is accessible only to the secretariat.
5. What is publicly visible
This website publishes only party content: news and announcements, leadership information and party policy pages.
No member details, CNIC digits, addresses, contact details, documents or declarations are shown anywhere on this website.
6. Retention
This website retains no membership records. Your membership card exists only as the file you download and any copy you keep.
Correspondence sent to the party by email is retained by the secretariat for as long as needed to deal with the matter and for party records.
7. Your choices
You may ask what correspondence the party holds about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted.
Requests should be sent to info@apnipartypakistan.com with your membership number where you have one.
8. Security limitations
This website is served over encrypted connections and holds no member database, which removes the risk of a membership data breach. No online system can be guaranteed to be entirely secure, and we ask members not to send sensitive information through unofficial channels.
9. Changes to this policy
If this policy changes materially, the updated version will be published on this page. Continued membership after publication constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
10. Contact
Questions about this policy may be sent to info@apnipartypakistan.com.
